REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Service Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of broadband services by contacting our support team through phone, email, or official communication channels.

Cancellation requests will be processed only after verification of customer details and service information.


Refund Policy

Payments made for broadband plans, installation charges, or other services are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated or installation has been completed.

However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer
  • Technical infeasibility where service installation cannot be completed
  • Failed transactions where payment is deducted but service is not activated

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original payment method.


Installation Charges

Installation and device-related charges, including router or equipment costs, may not be refundable once installation has been completed successfully.


Service Interruptions

Temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, power failures, or network upgrades shall not qualify for refunds. DIGICAST BROADBAND PVT LTD will make reasonable efforts to restore services as quickly as possible.


Refund Processing Time

Eligible refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in the customer’s account depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.


Modification of Policy

DIGICAST BROADBAND PVT LTD reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
